Get a refill of your prescription medicine today for just $30. Our licensed providers will review your care and if appropriate, refill your medication. Because many prescriptions require periodic monitoring, we offer this service as a one-time service for non-members. If you require additional refills, consider our Care Plus or Primary Care membership packages.
Please note we do not refill scheduled medications such as opiates and benzodiazepines, and other high risk medications such as warfarin that require intensive monitoring.

What is the prescription refill service?
Our refill service allows you to request a continuation of a medication you’re already taking — no in-person visit required. A licensed vyta.co provider will review your request and, if appropriate, approve a refill.
How do I request a refill?
Simply complete a short online form with details about your current medication, dose, and medical history. A licensed provider will review your information and determine if a refill is medically appropriate.
What types of prescriptions can be refilled?
We can refill many common, non-controlled medications such as treatments for acne, hair loss, thyroid conditions, and birth control. Controlled substances and certain medications may require an in-person visit cannot be filled online.
How much does it cost?
The consultation fee for a refill request is $30 for non-members, and free for Care Plus or Primary Care members. You’ll pay separately for the medication at your chosen pharmacy.
How long does it take to process my refill?
Most refill requests are reviewed within a few business hours, and usually within the same day.
What do I do if I have questions, or if I need to talk to my provider?
You’ll have access to our secure messaging platform throughout the entire process. This allows you to message your provider directly at any time with questions, concerns, or updates. Our medical team is here to support you, and providers may also reach out through the platform if they need additional information or want to follow up on your progress.
