How do I start a virtual urgent care visit?

What do I need for my video visit?
You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space for your consultation.
How much does a virtual urgent care visit cost?
Each video consultation is $70, paid upfront before your visit. This includes the full consultation, diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescription if needed.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we operate as a cash-pay service. However, many patients find our $70 fee is less than their insurance copay for urgent care visits, and you can use HSA/FSA funds.
Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees. The $70 covers your entire consultation. However, prescription medications are billed separately by your pharmacy.
Are your doctors licensed and qualified?
Yes, all our providers are board-certified and licensed to practice medicine. They have extensive experience in acute care, family medicine, and telehealth.
What conditions do you NOT treat?
We cannot treat emergencies, severe injuries, chest pain, difficulty breathing, high fevers (103°F+), or any life-threatening conditions. These require immediate emergency care.
Can you treat children?
At this time we do not treat patients under 18.

You’ll have access to our secure messaging platform throughout the entire process. This allows you to message your provider directly at any time with questions, concerns, or updates.
