Pennsylvania's Telemedicine Act — Act 42 of 2024 (SB 739) — establishes standards for practicing medicine and prescribing through telemedicine in Pennsylvania, allowing a licensed clinician to evaluate a patient and prescribe non-controlled medications remotely.
